By accessing or using our mobile applications, including Bonkers, and our website at saltedmango.net (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Use of Services

You may use our Services only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to misuse our Services, including but not limited to attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software contained in our apps, or using the Services for any unlawful purpose.

All content, features, and functionality of our Services — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, software, and the overall design — are the exclusive property of SaltedMango, Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of our Services without our prior written consent.

3. User Accounts

Some features of our Services may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Purchases and Subscriptions

Our apps may offer in-app purchases or subscriptions. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Refund requests should be directed to Apple. Prices are subject to change, and we will provide notice of any price increases to active subscribers.

We do not warrant that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
